Welcome to KCanvas. These Terms govern your access to and use of our publishing toolkit, including puzzle generation, research tools, content audit features, export tools, and related services.

We may improve, modify, limit, replace, or discontinue any feature of the Service at any time, including tools, credits, export formats, plan features, or integrations.

04 Intellectual Property Rights

Our Property: The Service, platform design, software, workflows, original content, branding, and related intellectual property are owned by us or our licensors and are protected by applicable copyright, trademark, and other laws.

Your Content: You retain ownership of content you submit to the platform. You grant us the limited rights needed to process, display, store, and provide the Service to you.

Generated Content: Subject to your plan, payment status, and compliance with these Terms, you may use generated outputs for your publishing projects. You are responsible for reviewing outputs before publishing or commercial use.

05 Restrictions & Acceptable Use

You agree not to misuse the Service or use it in a way that harms the platform, other users, third parties, or violates applicable laws.

• Do not violate laws, regulations, platform rules, or third-party rights.
• Do not use bots, scrapers, automated abuse, or unauthorized extraction methods.
• Do not reverse engineer, decompile, interfere with, or attempt to bypass platform limits or security controls.
• Do not create spam, deceptive content, infringing content, harmful content, or content that violates publishing platform rules.

06 Payment and Billing

Paid plans, subscriptions, credits, or other purchases may be billed in advance on a monthly, yearly, usage-based, or one-time basis, depending on the selected product or plan.

Unless stated otherwise, subscriptions may renew automatically until cancelled. Any refund eligibility, trial terms, discount terms, or cancellation rights will depend on the plan, offer, and applicable checkout terms presented at the time of purchase.

We may change pricing or plan features by giving notice where required. Continued use after changes may constitute acceptance of the updated pricing or terms.

07 Warranties & Limitation of Liability

You are responsible for reviewing generated content, checking publishing requirements, confirming intellectual property safety, and ensuring your final book or content complies with the rules of any publishing platform you use.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, revenue, data, or publishing opportunities.

08 Termination & Changes

You may stop using the Service or cancel your account or subscription according to the options available in your account or through support.

We may suspend, limit, or terminate access if we believe a user has violated these Terms, misused the Service, created risk for the platform, or engaged in harmful, abusive, fraudulent, or unlawful behavior.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after updates become effective means you accept the updated Terms.
